The process:
1. Needs analysis
Individual and organizational needs analyses to ensure that the process will be relevant in delivering the results most suited to the organization. This will include individual debriefs and action plans.
2 Results Contract
An agreement on the results needed and the duration of the contract needed
3. Coaching
One-on-one coaching to incorporate new actions needed. Weekly goal setting and strategic coaching reinforces successful behaviour.
4. Training workshops
Workshops given on any of the above areas to progress the team forward.
5. Evaluation
Performance is reviewed on a weekly basis by the coach, participants and management. |
